Synchronized swimming can be a source of great enjoyment to those who swim for fun. Swimmers like the discipline of synchronizing their strokes and stunts to the phrases of the music. It is the one field of aquatics that provides opportunity for, and encourages originality and expression of, ideas. The nature and purpose of synchronized swimming is both a sport and an art form.

We wish to provide a new opportunity for our swimmers to have fun in the water. You will learn to adapt some of the skills you have already learned and add simple basic stunts. Swimmers must be comfortable in deep water and know their basic skills.

Join us in January 2005 when we will be offering an introductory level class in Synchronized Swimming.
