Coaches Clinics:
"The mission was to fire up next year's aquatic champions by providing their coaches with special training skills."
(Enticing the coaches loafing spirit with fish necklaces and sweeties (candy) until they successfully became coaches was Ms Melina's own private mission.)

~In return the clinician evaluations reflected the highest of scores.
Ms Melina became their Aquatic Clinician of choice!
(Bribery works every time.)
Competitions:
~Competition for Area 4, occurs in April.
~State level competition is in late May.
~Registration and Coaching of athletes must be planned and performed well in advance of competitions.
~Coaching athletes requires special training.
~Athletes must train with sufficiant pool time prior to competitions. (8 weeks prior)
~Volunteers for coaching or assisting with these venues is always deeply appreciated.
Camps:
A yearly sports camp is a way participate in training courses for coaching certification as well as meet some great people.
