Christy joined Ms Melina in the water back in 1986 as a student, her talents - many. A gal with much humor, personality and an eye for seeing our vision. Christy came to stay with the Slotnick's in 1999, prior to their move to Georgia. It was at this time that the Swimmerman concept solidified into an entire program. So with stacks of paper on a desk beside the pool, Christy was like a yo-yo, jumping in, laughing and jumping out to make sketches for what has become Swimmerman as you see him. Under the encouragement of the parents at Ft. Bliss, it was promised we would set this program in motion to be more than what it was. Christy and Ms Melina worked hour after hour, pouring ideas out on paper. Christy also taught synchronized swimming through our program. We continue to work with Christy every opportunity we have. She's part of the family. We love her!
