SwimmerBabies 1, 2, 3
Classes for swimmers 4-36 months are taught with a parent in the water.The goal is to build a positive relationship between the child, parent, teacher, and water while developing comfort and independence for both swimmer and parent.

Leap Frogs 1 & 2
Classes for beginning swimmers 3 - 5 years old focus on building a positive relationship with the water based on a solid foundation of safety & comfort. Elementary skills are introduced with one volunteer parent in the water for safety.

Goggle 1 & 2
Classes for beginning swimmers 5 and older focus on building a positive relationship with the water based on a solid foundation of safety & comfort. Elementary skills are introduced.

Flipper 1 & 2
With a solid foundation of body position and softness in place, flipper swimmers have found a comfort in the water and are ready to

explore. The focus changes to guiding them through the mechanics of armstrokes without losing the safety & softness built earlier.

Cape 1 & 2
A swimmer at the cape level is very comfortable in water and has a good understanding of the armstrokes. In cape classes, they focus on refining techniques and building a more complete ‘bag of tricks.’

Lappin’ Lizards 1 & 2
This class is designed as a precursor to joining a swim team. The goal is to ‘break the ice’ and help kids adjust to the raised expectations, increased distances and pace of a typical swim practice.
